Registration Form: Undergraduate Students
The form below is for the registration of undergraduate students.
Graduate students should use
this form. Faculty, professionals, and guests
should use this form.
- The deadline for registration is Friday, March 28, 2025.
You will be able to register after this date, and at the meeting, but you will not be able to purchase a meal.
- Registration for each undergraduate student is
$5.00, not including meals.
- The Friday Night Banquet is
$17.00 per person and Saturday Lunch is free.

- If you are an undergraduate student who is registering just yourself or a group of
students please put your name in both the contact person information section and the
student information section. If your name is not in the student information section
you will not be registered for this meeting.
Meal and Workshop Information
Friday afternoon workshop (Free)
On Friday, Rebin of Muhammad of Montgomery College will run the workshop: Integrating 3D Printing into Mathematics Classroom: A Hands-On Workshop. The workshop is free for undergraduate students.
Friday Night Banquet: ($17.00/Person) Dinner is a buffet that includes a cajun chicken breast; citrus and herb crusted wild salmon; and almond butter, spelt and mushroom risotto.
Saturday Lunch (Free)
Lunch is a boxed lunch. Here are details on the lunch options:
Classic Turkey Club: Smoked turkey with Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on sourdough bread.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap: Grilled chicken with romaine, parmesan, Caesar dressing and croutons in a hearty grain tortilla.
Hummus Wrap with Zucchini and Dukkah: Non-GMO tortilla with grilled zucchini, hummus, red pepper, baby spinach, red onion and dukkah seasoning.
