Registration Form: Undergraduate Students

The form below is for the registration of undergraduate students. Graduate students should use this form. Faculty, professionals, and guests should use this form.

  • The deadline for registration is Tuesday, October 20, 2026. You will be able to register after this date, and at the meeting, but you will not be able to purchase a meal.
  • Registration for each undergraduate student is $10.00, not including meals.
  • The Friday Night Banquet is $13.00 per person and Saturday Lunch is free.

  • If you are an undergraduate student who is registering just yourself or a group of students please put your name in both the contact person information section and the student information section. If your name is not in the student information section you will not be registered for this meeting.

Meal and Workshop Information

Friday afternoon workshop (Free) Workshop details are coming soon. The workshop is free for undergraduate students.

Friday Night Banquet: ($13.00/Person) The grilled chicken option is a grilled chicken breast with cider marinade. It is gluten free. The salmon option is grilled teriyaki salmon. The stuffed shells are with butternut squash asiago sauce and are vegetarian.

Saturday Lunch (Free) Lunch is a boxed lunch. The first option is a ham and swiss sandwich on a pretzel roll. The second is deli-sliced turkey and swiss with hearty wheat bread. The third option is the same but with gluten-free bread. The last option is a vegetarian portobello banh mi sub.

Note: If you have special dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, etc.) for the Friday banquet or the Saturday lunch, please contact Phillip Poplin at poplinpl@longwood.edu to see if accommodations are possible.
