Functions of Board of Governors of the Mathematical Association of America

  1. To supervise all scholarly and scientific activities of the Association.
  2. To administer and control these activities.
  3. To authorize the expenditures of funds of the Association and establish annual dues and privileges of membership for individual and institutional members.
