This summary report was created by Riley Burkart, a student at Central College majoring in mathematics and history. He reviewed the documents of the Iowa Section that Al Hibbard had scanned and also did some other research outside the section documents. (Note: Both of these files were modified slightly on 19 Nov 2015 by adding a title page and new appendices.)
