Meals Information

The dining services available on Central College include the main facility Central Market, the snack bar Grand Central Station in the Maytag Student Center, and the Café in the Geisler library adjacent to Vermeer Science Center. As institutional meals go, the Central Market is very good with reasonable prices. (Breakfast is $4.50 from 7:30 to 9:00, lunch is $6.25 from 11:00-1:00, and dinner is $7.50 from 4:45 to 7:00.) For lunch on Saturday, a room is reserved for us to eat together. You are welcome and encouraged to join your colleagues. The Central Market is adjacent to the Maytag Student Center on the east end of campus.

There are also a number of off-campus eating establishments. You can find one from a full listing if you wish to possibly drive. Within 6 blocks of Vermeer are the following: Scoops and Loops (SE), Hardees (E), Pizza Ranch (NE), and El Charro (NE).

Detailed Schedule for the spring meeting

You can obtain a detailed schedule either with or without the abstracts included. If you just want the abstracts by themselves, see the next item. If you are interested, there is also a "pocket schedule" available as a pdf file with instructions for folding.
