To volunteer to be a speaker in the Bureau, simply fill out both the Personal Information and Proposed Talk portions of the form below. After filling out this form, create a pdf of this page and email it to Ben Gaines, Chair of the Mathematics Speakers Bureau. Alternatively, just send the information from the form to that address. Volunteers are welcome to propose more than one talk. A separate form should be submitted for each proposed talk.
