Bylaws
The version of the bylaws marked "April, 2012" was passed by the membership at the 2012 spring meeting in Milwaukee. It has not yet been approved by the Board of Governors, so officially the version marked "Old" is still in effect. Note that the Old version refers to comittees and positions that no longer exist.
