*Theresa Martinez was elected to a Level I Director while employed at Northeast Lakeview College.  She changed employment in 2013 to the University of the Incarnate Word which is a Level II institution.  The Executive Committee allowed her to continue her last year as a Level I Director even though she was employed by a Level II institution.
