    Lunch will be a hot buffet in the Pavilion cafeteria consisting of:

    Mandarin Orange Spinach Salad: Spinach, romaine and red leaf lettuce
    layered with mandarin oranges, red onion and toasted pepitas.
    Balsamic Dressing

    Classic Macaroni Salad: Elbow macaroni, carrots, onions and
    peppers mixed with a sweet creamy dressing.

    Grilled Jerk Chicken Breast: Caribbean jerk seasoned grilled chicken.

    Garlic Roasted Green Beans: Garlic roasted green beans seasoned
    with salt and pepper.

    Roasted Rosemary Red Bliss Potatoes: Red bliss potatoes roasted with
    vegetable oil, garlic, salt, pepper and fresh rosemary.

    Double Layer Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Icing.

    Iced tea and ice water.

    At 10:20 during the start of the first break there will be a MATYCNJ
    business meeting.

    At 3:15 during the start of the second break there will be an MAA-NJ
