If you'd like to join the MAA (and save a bit of money on registration), the MAA offers an introductory membership rate of $49 for anyone attending an MAA section meeting. That rate includes receiving one printed MAA journal, or you can choose to receive all MAA journals electronically. To get this rate, go ahead and register for the conference as an MAA member, then ask for the paperwork for this introductory rate when you arrive at the conference. The introductory membership rate isn't an option for members whose membership has lapsed, but now would be an excellent time to renew your membership.
