The 2002 Annual Meeting of the Illinois Section of the MAA

The Eighty First Annual Meeting of the Illinois Section of the Mathematical Association of America will be held April 5 and 6, 2002 on the campus of McKendree College in Lebanon, Illinois.

The program includes addresses by Martha Siegel of Towson University, Frank Morgan of Williams College, and Carol Valenta of the Saint Louis Science Center. Guido Wiss from Washington University in Saint Louis will give the after dinner talk following the banquet. In addition there will be presentations from your colleagues from around the state. A special Project NExT program will be held in conjunction with the ISMAA meeting. In place of the Friday morning Mini Course, there will be an outing to the St. Louis Science Center.

Among the items on the agenda for the annual business meeting on Friday April 5, 2002 are the election of officers and board members and the approval of changes to the Articulation Guide.
