Fall 2020 Update
Our fall meeting will feature a session for students and faculty to give talks in a virtual format. Everything on this page still applies, except that talks will be given via Zoom. Speakers should be live and available for questions after their talk. Speakers are welcome to use the screen sharing feature of Zoom to present slides while speaking.
Each EPaDel section meeting includes sessions for faculty, graduate, and undergraduate speakers.
Faculty and graduate student talks:
All speakers will be provided with a computer and projector, but no other technology will be provided by default. If you have a special need, please contact a speaker coordinator.
Registration for speakers is not currently open. Registration for fall meetings typically opens in late September, and for spring meetings in late February. Registration typically closes about two weeks before the meeting date.
