INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS

Put your presentation on a flash-drive so that you can load your presentation onto the PC provided in the room. As a back-up, you may want to e-mail your presentation to yourself and load it onto your own personal laptop to use as a last-resort. If you are a MAC person, be sure to save your presentation in Microsoft Office Compatible Format so that it will work properly with our equipment. If you choose to use your own MAC laptop, you must bring adapters so that your MAC will connect to the LCD projector. Please arrange to load your presentations into the computer in your “session room” before the beginning of the session.

Internet access will be available in each room, as will a document camera and a whiteboard. If you are planning on using the whiteboard, please bring markers.
