Future Meeting Site Selection Guidelines
- The alternation of the site between the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma should be continued.
- In order for an institution to make application to host a future meeting, the institution should submit a letter of authorization from the administration to the secretary of the section and provide evidence that facilities adequate for the meeting exist at the proposed host site.
- In case of multiple applications for a particular year, the length of time since each institution has hosted the meeting should be considered by the site selection committee.
- The selection of the site and the date of a future meeting should be made three, and only three, years in advance by the site selection committee.
