Michael Henle of Oberlin College named as
Editor of The College Mathematics Journal
The MAA is pleased to announce it has selected Michael Henle of Oberlin
College as Editor of The College Mathematics Journal. His term as
Editor-Elect will begin January 1, 2008, and he will serve as Editor
for five years, 2009-2013.
Michael has been at Oberlin College since 1970 when he completed his
Ph.D. at Yale. You may be familiar with his most recent book (2001) Modern Geometries: Non-Euclidean, Projective, and Discrete. Michael says that he expects to request a lot of assistance from Ohio mathematicians.
