Positions Available

Albion College (http://www.albion.edu/fac/math/position.htm) invites applications for two full-time position for the 2000-01 academic year, with the possibility of renewal for the following year. Special needs in the upcoming year are for a person with interest and experience in teaching Operations Research, Math for Elementary Teachers, or introductory computer science courses.

Kettering University has two positions: one in applied mathematics, the other in applied statistics. Some industrial experience is preferred, but not necessary. Hope to fill the positions by July 1, 2000, or October 1, 2000. Lake Michigan College needs a mathematics faculty member beginning August 2000 for teaching mathematics through Differential Equations. Western Michigan University seeks applications for several one-year instructor positions, beginning Fall 2000. For students pursuing a doctoral program in secondary mathematics education or in collegiate mathematics education a special two-thirds instructor position may also be available.
