Recommended Hotel: The organizers have reserved a block of 20 hotel rooms (nonsmoking, 2 queen beds) at the Fairfield Inn in Muncie at a rate of $74.99. The group name is “MAA.” The drop dead date for the Fairfield rooms is March 12.

The INMAA meeting will occur in the Alumni Center (labeled “3” on the Campus Parking map). Parking for the meeting will be in the lot directly north of the Alumni Center and immediately west of Scheumann Stadium. Participants can “park in the shadow of the Scheu.”
Muncie is in the Eastern Time Zone.
Some ICMC teams will be assigned to work space outside the Alumni Center - however, all teams and coaches should initially report to the MAA registration area at the Alumni Center, where there will be a contest orientation meeting.
Dinner will be an Italian buffet which includes vegetarian options, and lunch will be a deli buffet (build your own sandwiches, etc.).
