"Making Beautiful Music in the Mathematics Classroom" Part I     by Matt DeLong

Two very significant parts of my identity are mathematics and music. (The pictures to the left are of my faculty quartet on the left and of me conducting the men of the Taylor University Chorale on the right.) I am, of course, not the only example of the math-music connection. Many mathematicians are amateur or even professional musicians. (Why is it never the other way around?)
