Spring 2010 ICMC Pre-Registration

Registration Deadline: Sunday, April 4, 2010
Contest date: Friday, April 9, 2010

Pre-registration for 2010 is now closed.

Step 1

Team Advisors: Please fill out this pre-registration web form. After you "Submit" it, an acknowledgment page will appear from the Qualtrics service. This pre-registration step informs the organizers of your request for a room for each of your teams at the competition.

Step 2

Register for the Spring 2010 Meeting! Click on the "Meeting Registration Form" link near the top of the left menu bar, to get to the Eventbrite registration web form on or before April 4 (NOW CLOSED). There will be a $10 per team registration fee during the online registration process (plus a service fee). Advisors and students may register simultaneously or separately at Eventbrite. An alternative to Eventbrite is available (described on the announcement page) if you instead prefer to register for the meeting and competition by mail and pay by check.

Step 3

Team Advisors: Please download and fill out this formPDF and bring it with you to the Registration table at the Spring meeting. There, you will sign up your students in teams of up to three and they will be assigned team numbers. (The schedule appearing on the form is only tentative - the official schedule in the conference program will appear on the web site a few days before the meeting.)
