Updates

Parking

• Open parking will be in Thomas Garage or West Parking Garage, take any open space. Follow signs that read "Event Parking".
• There should be students wearing very bright red T-shirts that read MAT MEETING on the front, who can assist with directions.

Registration
Will take place in the lobby of Plant Hall, see Campus map, number 61. Book displays and MAA books are also in the lobby of Plant Hall. Coffee will be available next to the registration desk.

Reeves Theatre
There is a microphone and equipment to project PowerPoint presentations, but presenters should bring their own laptop computer, unless they need Internet access for their presentation. In that case, bring the talk on a USB drive, and please let Emilio Toro know and he will make arrangements to have a UT computer available.

Memo to presenters

• If you do NOT need Internet for your presentation, bring your own laptop. Classrooms in JS are equipped with overhead projectors. If you use a Mac, bring the attachment to connect Mac to the overhead projector.
• If you need Internet access for your presentation, bring the talk on a USB drive and we will provide a computer that connects to the UT network. In this case, please let Emilio Toro know of your needs.
