2012 Joint Annual Meetings
Call for Presentations
The 2012 Joint Meetings of the Florida Section of the Mathematical Association of America and the Florida Two-Year College Mathematics Association will be held on February 17 and 18, 2012 on the campus of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
We cordially invite 45 minute talks (20 minutes for undergraduate students) for presentation at the meeting. Talks are scheduled in Contributed Paper Sessions Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Workshops of either 45 or 105 minutes in duration are also invited.
In order for your talk (or workshop) to be considered for presentation, please submit, as a Word Document attachment, your name, institutional affiliation, title and abstract (please restrict to a maximum of 75 words) to Sidra Van De Car by Friday, January 27, 2012. Undergraduate students should clearly indicate that their abstract is for a 20 minute presentation.
The deadline for abstract submission is Friday, January 27, 2012.

Please, stop by the Campus Information Booth (located on your immediate right-hand side) and get a daily parking pass. To obtain a free parking pass, you have to mention that you are attending the "MAA meeting". Otherwise, the cost is $3 for the day. Please, place the pass on your dashboard. Parking in orange-bordered spaces and on the first floor of the parking garages is restricted! Please obey all parking regulations. The Office of Admissions is unable to waive parking tickets given to campus visitors who violate these regulations. Parking in Garage 44 and Lot 2 will be most convenient for our meetings.
