We invite exhibits during the Joint Annual Meetings of the Florida Mathematical Association and the Florida Two-Year College Mathematics Association, hosted this year by Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. We expect 150 to 200 participants, mostly college math instructors from across the state, together with a few dozen students.
A program will eventually be posted (the current one is extremely preliminary). There will be a workshop attended by (primarily) two-year college instructors Friday morning from 9 to noon, followed by the FTYCMA business meeting luncheon. The joint meetings will begin at 12:45 Friday, with many participants arriving in the late morning, when they will register and browse exhibits. An hour-long break for participants to browse the book exhibits and grab a snack will be scheduled late on Friday afternoon. Snacks will be available in the exhibit area during this break, and your sponsorship (with signs acknowledging contributing exhibitors) would be welcome. Continental breakfast will be available in the exhibit area on Sunday morning.
Official exhibit hours are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday and 8:15 am to noon on Saturday, with access to the space to set up exhibits beginning at 10:00 Friday morning and 7:45 Saturday morning.
We will provide two six foot exhibit tables for each exhibitor, and the exhibit area will be near the registration area, in the same building as the contributed talks.
We are requesting a $400 exhibit fee at the conference. Payment can be sent in advance to the address below, or brought to the registration table at the conference.
